Construction Site Manager

Speyhawk Ltd are recruiting for a Site Manager for a developer/contractor who specialise in new build luxury residences in North London

Up to £65,000 per annum plus mileage and pension or £275 per day shift

You must possess a good all-round knowledge of construction, with a recognised trade qualification in either carpentry, bricklaying or a degree in Construction Management. Along with a proven track record in the demanding field of high-end residential development, working on new build bespoke homes or low volume housing projects in the UK.

This is a rare opportunity to join a privately owned and operated business who are well funded and looking to strengthen their new build team. As Site Manager you will be responsible for managing the coordination of appointed subcontractors and the delivery of new build residences in the North London commuter belt.

You will manage projects from inception through to completion and will be actively involved in the procurement and scheduling of appointed subcontractors. If you can deliver a very high-quality product and are looking to further yourself within an entrepreneurial business, then this could be an opportune time to join, as the role can offer longer-term prospects.

You must hold valid Health & Safety certification (CITB 5 day/SMSTS) and be CSCS registered to Site Management level.
