A leading bespoke property developer has a key requirement for a Construction Site Manager to oversee their new build development project in Acton, London.

Starting Monday 2nd December, with long-term ongoing work available.

The successful Construction Site Manager will be:

• Working 8 am-6 pm Monday-Friday and 8 am-1 pm on Saturdays.
• On 300 a day.
• Initially working on a site in Acton and then working across this site and another in Willesden. Both projects are new build developments overseeing architectural, structural and M&E trades.
• Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to an excellent standard.

To qualify for this position as a Construction Site Manager you will need:

• A valid Black CSCS card.
• A valid SMSTS.
• Valid First Aid certification.
• Experience reading drawings, including architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical.
• Extensive experience as a site manager and a proven ability to manage multiple sites at once.
