Construction Site Manager

Highly experienced Construction Site Manager required for a refurbishment project in North London, consisting of a steel frame extension being built, as well as works taking place above a 3-story sub-basement car park.

Must have knowledge of groundworks and SFS, as well as experience managing refurbishment/fit-out projects.

The project is working in a live building where staff are being regularly relocated throughout the duration of the works.

Must be friendly, approachable, and highly knowledgeable.

Must be able to lead contractors on site and will have the support of the wider project team.

Immediate start in North London.

CIS only (cannot pay people via their LTD company).
