The Role: Based from their Gloucestershire headquarters but delivering projects nationwide, we're seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the installation of cutting-edge healthcare facilities. This position offers a unique blend of traditional construction skills and modern methods of construction, working with highly technical, precision-engineered buildings.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading on-site installation and construction of healthcare facilities
  2. Managing specialist contractor relationships
  3. Ensuring compliance with stringent healthcare construction standards
  4. Coordinating with hospital estates teams and healthcare professionals
  5. Overseeing quality control in a highly regulated environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
