Construction Project Manager (Remote position)

Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager that is able to manage new building and turn key building construction projects. You will oversee new building projects in the northeast. Our client is a well established organization that is growing and looking to add an additional team member. The ideal Project Manager will have experience in the following areas:

1. Turn Key building projects
2. Design, Engineering knowledge
3. Site Utility and Foundation knowledge
4. Submittals and Permitting Procedures
5. Sub-Contractor Management
6. Customer Facing and Main Point of Contact

Preferred skills include:

Would be able to manage ground-up, turn key projects including:

1. Design, Engineering, Submittals, and Permitting Processes
2. Site Utility Work
3. Foundations
4. Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing Scopes
