Are you passionate about facilities management and construction? We're looking for a dedicated Project Manager to oversee end-to-end management of FM construction projects within our North Division. You'll be responsible for ensuring that Programme, H&S, Quality, and Budget restraints are met, collaborating with contractors to scope and cost projects, and finding cost-effective solutions. You'll communicate project activities to store teams and oversee Pre-Development, Coordination, and On-Site Delivery of construction works, including project approval, risk escalation, and documentation. Projects will include refrigeration, HVAC, roofing, mechanical handling, and building fabric. Additionally, you'll work closely with consultants and our facilities partner, City FM, to develop a robust Asset Investment plan for future years. We're seeking someone with a deep understanding of FM construction issues, a commitment to improving facilities/construction processes, and the ability to make data-informed decisions to enhance investment lifecycles.
