Construction Project Manager

Job Description

I am looking for a Construction Project Manager to start on a new project in Northampton.

Position: Construction Project Manager

Rate: £400pd - inside IR35

Contract Duration: 12 month contract

You will:

1. Have worked on large scale fit out projects
2. Be experienced in civils (multi cladding etc)
3. Create and monitor work schedules
4. Be responsible for the delivery of the construction projects
5. Handle full commercial responsibility for the projects, including producing cost plans and managing subcontractors
