With a commitment to excellence and a focus on delivering high-quality projects, we are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of interior fit-out projects.
Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial fit-out projects. Working closely with our clients, design teams, and construction professionals, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure alignment with project objectives. Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Execution and Monitoring: Lead project teams in the execution of commercial fit-out projects from initiation to completion. Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets. Implement effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of project status.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control. Implement corrective actions as needed to address deviations from project specifications.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met. Monitor expenses, identify variances, and implement cost-control measures.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to maintain positive relationships.
- Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Conduct performance evaluations and mentor team members for professional development.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
