A well-established Construction Consultancy firm based in London is actively on the lookout for a seasoned and accomplished Construction Project Manager.

This position is tailored for a professional who can bring substantial expertise to the team, particularly in the healthcare sector of project management.

The Construction Project Manager Role

In this critical role, the Construction Project Manager will focus on the Healthcare sector, managing mid-to-large scale healthcare projects. The role demands a professional who is adept at handling the full project lifecycle, from the initial stages of project conception through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee substantial healthcare projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and industry standards.
2. Manage the entire project life cycle, from initiation to completion.
3. Conduct thorough on-site front-end due diligence assessments to ensure project feasibility and success.
4. Oversee pre-contract activities, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
5. Manage the phased progression of the construction process, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Professional chartering (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) or the intention to achieve such status.
2. A Bachelor's degree in project management or a related equivalent qualification.
3. Substantial experience in Construction Consultancy.
4. Specific experience working in the Healthcare sector, showcasing expertise in this area.
5. A valid UK driving license for operational flexibility and site visits.
