Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Type: Temp to Perm

About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a new build industrial unit in Ipswich. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a key project from start to finish, with the potential for a permanent position following successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all phases of the new build industrial unit project, from groundworks to completion.
  2. Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to budget.
  3. Coordinate project programmes, site logistics, and client liaison.
  4. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
  5. Manage project reporting, cost control, and risk management.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Project Manager on new build industrial units (essential).
  2. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  3. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
  4. Relevant construction qualifications and CSCS/SMSTS certifications preferred.
