A leading independent Construction Consultancy in London, known for its focus on delivering world-class service, is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Construction Project Manager.

This role is perfect for a dynamic and team-oriented individual with experience in high-value construction projects across various sectors of the built environment, including commercial, office, residential, arts, and heritage.

The Construction Project Manager Role

As a Construction Project Manager in this market-leading Consultancy, you will be actively involved in managing and delivering high-value developments within the built environment.

You will be part of a team that values strategic thinking and is committed to exceeding client expectations through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and deliver high-value developments across various sectors of the built environment.
2. Operate independently, taking initiative in project management.
3. Employ strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome project obstacles.
4. Demonstrate a personal commitment to delivering excellent client service.
5. Maintain positive engagement in all aspects of work.
6. Communicate effectively, managing client relationships and expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline.
2. Experience in managing and delivering high-value developments, with a focus on built environment within a Consultancy.
3. Ideally Chartered MRICS or working towards achieving.
4. Ability to work independently and on own initiative.
5. Strategic thinker with broad problem-solving skills.
6. Committed to delivering excellent client service.
7. Positive attitude with a willingness to get involved.
8. Strong communication skills and experience in a client-focused environment.
