Main Contractor - Freelance PM Role - Bristol

We have registered a Freelance Construction Project Manager vacancy with an established Main Contractor for Residential Development in Bristol.
Your new role
Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for:

1. Managing delivery of the scheme and Sub-Contractor performance to quality/safety standards.
2. Management and execution of the programme, with a full awareness of weekly targets.
3. Maintaining Quality Control procedures, ensuring all ITPs are recorded.
4. Developing a strong relationship with the operational team and key stakeholders.
5. Controlling costs within agreed budgets.
6. Ensuring the successful delivery of the scheme on time, in line with the programme.

What you'll need to succeed
Main Contractor working history is essential. Experience in Residential Development is essential. Experience of Modular construction is beneficial. Must have Cladding facade experience. Strong organisational and project management skills. Proficient at using Project Management Software. Detail-oriented and strong communication skills.
What you'll get in return
Freelance role running until November 2025. ASAP Start. Up to £500 p/d (Inside IR35).
