Job Description

We have registered a Freelance Construction Project Manager vacancy with an established Main Contractor, for a scheme in Bristol.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for:

Managing Delivery of the scheme and Sub-Contractor performance to quality / safety standards.
Management and execution of the programme, with a full awareness of weekly targets.
Maintaining Quality Control procedures, ensuring all ITP's are recorded.
Developing a strong relationship with with operational team and key stakeholders.
Controlling of costs within agreed budgets.
Ensuring the successful delivery of the scheme in time, in line with the programme.
