Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked firm in Manchester who are looking for a Construction Managing Associate to join their team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work with a variety of high-quality clients, including government bodies, sponsors, funders, developers, employers, operators, constructors, sub-contractors, and professional teams.
  • Advise on project procurement techniques, including facilities management, and dispute avoidance and resolution mechanisms.
  • Provide first-line support for partners, leveraging your experience and expertise on complex, market-leading matters.
  • Assist clients with construction and development contracts, consultant appointments, warranties, and other related issues across various sectors (living, office, retail, life sciences, energy, industrials, and transport).
  • Develop your own relationships and take the lead on matters, contributing to the team's success.
  • Work within a high-performing team with a strong reputation for developing people and supporting professional growth.

  • 5 + Years PQE
