Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked firm in Manchester who are looking for a Construction Managing Associate to join their team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Work with a variety of high-quality clients, including government bodies, sponsors, funders, developers, employers, operators, constructors, sub-contractors, and professional teams.
  2. Advise on project procurement techniques, including facilities management, and dispute avoidance and resolution mechanisms.
  3. Provide first-line support for partners, leveraging your experience and expertise on complex, market-leading matters.
  4. Assist clients with construction and development contracts, consultant appointments, warranties, and other related issues across various sectors (living, office, retail, life sciences, energy, industrials, and transport).
  5. Develop your own relationships and take the lead on matters, contributing to the team's success.
  6. Work within a high-performing team with a strong reputation for developing people and supporting professional growth.

The successful candidate:

  1. 5 + Years PQE
  2. Confident in working with a range of clients.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills.
  4. Natural team player.
  5. Committed to making a positive impact on clients.
