My contractor client is looking for a Site Manager to work on a new build residential project in South/South West London. For this position, my client will also consider offering a long-term freelance contract for the right person.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the structural aspects of construction projects
• Ensure all structural work is completed to high-quality standards and in line with regulations
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve challenges
• Manage structural work schedules, ensuring timely project delivery
• Conduct quality control inspections and implement health & safety measures

Requirements:

• Experience as a Construction Manager with a structural focus
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction methods
• Background in delivering projects for main contractors
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of industry health & safety standards
