Are you a Construction Manager with a passion for high-quality fit-outs?
Do you have experience delivering fit-out projects across residential and commercial projects?

My contractor client is looking for a Site Manager to work on a new build residential project in South/South West London as an Internals Site Manager. For this position, my client will also consider offering a long-term freelance contract for the right person.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the fit-out process from start to finish
• Ensure high-quality finishes while meeting project deadlines and budgets
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Implement and monitor health & safety procedures
• Manage project schedules and address any fit-out challenges proactively

Requirements:

• Experience as a Construction Manager with a fit-out focus
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality fit-out projects
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and contractors
• Background in working with main contractors on relevant projects
