Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will be a part of a team that is passionate about construction, design, and facilities and the role that they play in supporting our people and our stores.
  2. You will bring strong skill sets to manage all phases of development, from initial due diligence to handover & snagging, with a laser focus on providing the ultimate guest experience.
  3. You lead the construction activities for new stores and renovations, maintaining and reporting to established KPIs for quality, schedule, and budget.
  4. You will build strong partnerships in every business unit of the company and with all external strategic partners.

The Finer Print:

  1. 5+ years proven construction PM experience within retail and/or commercial real estate.
  2. Must be versatile and able to manage multiple projects.
  3. Practiced in bid package preparation, subcontractor management (including sourcing new contractors/suppliers), client relations.
  4. Has the ability to communicate complex issues in laymen’s terms.
  5. Adept in cost-control management.
  6. Proficient in MS Project, MS Office, and Excel.
