Are you a Contracts Manager ready to take a step up or an experienced Construction Manager looking for a new challenge? A leading and highly respected multi-volume residential developer known for delivering high quality homes across the country is looking for a Construction Manager to join their busy and growing team.

About the role of Construction Manager

As the Construction Manager, you will report directly to the Construction Director and help oversee the region, ensuring you motivate teams and promote high quality across multiple developments. You will be responsible for carrying out audits, QA, chairing meetings, and supporting the contracts managers in the region and new & existing developments.

Requirements for Construction Manager

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Construction Manager within a multi-volume developer / PLC environment
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, regulations, H&S, and NHBC standards
• Strong communication skills
• IT literate

Salary on offer: £110,000 - £115,000
