Exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager to join a leading main contractor in the UK who operate in Central London and the surrounding home counties. Operating across the commercial, leisure & retail, heritage and private residential with aspects of high end interior fit out and cut & carve on projects up to £60 million.

Responsibilities of the Construction Manager
  • The right candidate will have a diverse background across a variety of construction sectors and managed projects from cradle to grave.
  • Manage the site team and subcontractors ensuring quality assurance and health & safety on site.
  • Lead briefing meetings and report to the Project Manager.
  • Keep the project running to programme.
Requirements for the Construction Manager
  • A degree background in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is desired.
