An international Civil Engineering Contractor is on the lookout for a Construction Manager to work on a flagship Data Centre project in Sweden. This contractor has a reputation for delivering large-scale projects in the civils sector and is looking to expand further.

As a Construction Manager on this Data Centre project, you will oversee the day-to-day operations on site, including planning and management aspects. Overall management of the project is key, ensuring that staff, materials, plans, Health & Safety, and compliance are all running smoothly.

The successful Construction Manager will be provided accommodation in the beautiful city of Eskilstuna, along with a package including a pension contribution, travel allowance (including flights), and a subsistence allowance for food and general living.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant discipline (Required)
• EU Passport is required (Not UK)
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Construction Manager (Required)
• Previous experience working in Data Centres (Preferred)
