Exciting Site Manager opportunity for a high quality fit out and refurbishment company focusing on commercial, retail, and hospitality projects.

About the role of Site Manager:

Working on a high end hotel in Hertfordshire, focusing on the fit out of a conference room, bar, flexible office space and gym refurbishment.

Responsibilities for Site Manager:

1. Checking and preparing site reports
2. Day to day client liaising and staff reports
3. Ensuring quality checks on site
4. Ensuring sub contractors are working to deadlines

Requirements for Site Manager:

1. Happy to work in Southern Hertfordshire with the intention of future London projects
2. Experience working on projects valued up to £5 million
3. CAT A, CAT B and commercial fit out experience
4. Individuals who have come through Tier 1 or Tier 2 training programmes
