A tier 1 contractor, working on projects of c£50m to £200m+, they have been around for over 100 years and are regarded as one of the top employers in Canada, having been recognised by some of the top awards/business press.
Their building business is looking to hire from the UK and they are looking to fill several positions.
You'll need experience on a range of commercial, public sector, healthcare, or industrial building projects, valued at a minimum of £40m+.
The Construction Manager/Senior Superintendent will be accountable for providing overall site leadership including planning, site coordination, safety and quality oversight, and subcontractor management of major projects. The successful candidate will be an experienced builder who has been solely responsible for managing all aspects of construction on projects with values exceeding £50m. The ideal candidate will also have experience working on alternative forms of project delivery, such as design-build, public-private partnerships, and integrated project delivery.
This particular business is experienced in hiring from the UK and will handle the visa/work permit alongside you, providing financial support to relocate you and any family.
