We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will visit properties, assess project needs, and provide accurate cost estimates for construction and landscaping services.

Responsibilities:

1. Visit residential and commercial properties to evaluate project requirements.
2. Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for landscaping and construction services.
3. Assess labor, materials, and time requirements for each project.
4. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations.
5. Collaborate with the team to develop project proposals and pricing strategies.
6. Maintain records of estimates, contracts, and project costs.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends, pricing, and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. 1-3 years of experience as an estimator in construction, landscaping, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of construction and landscaping materials, costs, and processes.
3. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
4. Strong communication and customer service skills.
5. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
6. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
