CONSTRUCTION ENERGY LAWYER - NON-CONTENTIOUS - 5-7 PQE

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced energy lawyer (5-7 years PQE) to join a thriving London Energy team, a key focus of the Corporate practice at this stand out firm.

This is a unique opportunity to take a leading role in a high-growth area, working at the forefront of the energy sector.

Ideal candidates will have a strong project development background with a focus on energy and construction and a drive to expand their practice.

We are looking for candidates with solid London market experience from a top-tier energy, infrastructure, or natural resources team, with expertise in construction EPC, EPCM, feedstock, offtake, and the commercial aspects of transactions, including related government support mechanisms.

The team advises on complex, high value and often first-of-their-kind energy and infrastructure projects globally. This includes concession, construction, operation, financing, supply and offtake arrangements across the full range of energy infrastructure and natural resources asset classes.

Clients include private equity and investment funds, governments and development finance institutions, project developers as well as banks, institutional investors, and monoline insurers.
