  • Manage open cases/works via our salesforce system ensuring all milestones are met on time.
  • Schedule multiple planned delivery teams over a variety of sites/works each day.
  • Work towards a zero-accident culture and lead by example.
  • Help maintain a safe and secure network.

What you'll bring

  • Strong customer-focussed skills
  • Experience scheduling/delivering or planning minor works of any nature.
  • Strong communicator and adept in managing competing priorities/tasks.
  • Enthusiastic and flexible individual who is self-motivated with the drive to succeed.
  • Ability to deliver objectives without compromising on safety, quality, or customer service.
  • Good organisation and time management skills.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate as a minimum:

  • Relevant customer service, data analyses or scheduling/planning experience.
  • Computer literacy
