An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Construction Lawyer to join the London office of a prestigious international law firm.

Based in the heart of the City, this firm is renowned for its expertise in construction and infrastructure, consistently ranked Tier 1 in the legal directories.

The team acts for a diverse client base, including employers, developers, sponsors, funders, project companies, contractors, consultants, and insurers. With a strong presence in the UK and globally, their work spans key sectors such as infrastructure, energy (including nuclear, renewables, conventional, and oil & gas), transport, real estate, waste, water, education, and healthcare.

This is a broad, transactional construction role, ideal for a candidate with experience in real estate development and real estate finance-related construction and projects work. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

1. Work on high-profile UK and international projects across a range of sectors.
2. Develop relationships with an impressive client base and support business development initiatives.
3. Collaborate closely with an international team, as well as the firm's highly regarded Real Estate and Finance teams.

The Candidate:

1. 2-5 PQE with a strong grounding in construction and projects work.
2. Experience in real estate development and finance-related transactional construction matters.
3. A flexible and commercially focused approach, with the ability to work across both construction and projects work.
4. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with an interest in client development.
