Base Location: For this role, we require successful applicants to be based from one of our Scottish locations - Perth, Inverness or Aberdeen.

Salary: £33,500 - £50,300 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The Role

As Connection Offer Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the delivery of Transmission connection offers, including pre-applications and feasibility studies, and providing an exceptional customer experience at the earliest stage of the customer journey. In this 12 month fixed term contract, you will oversee a portfolio of high value customer connection offers, ensuring they are delivered within licence timescales while meeting regulatory targets for customer satisfaction.

You Will

1. Prepare and deliver Connection Offers, ensuring these are processed according to licence timescales and standards. This includes new and existing transmission customers who are looking to connect directly to the transmission network up to 400kV, as well as embedded distribution connections.
2. Ensure business and regulatory reporting is completed on time to meet business deliverables and regulatory requirements.
3. Prioritise and manage own workload, maintain accurate records and ensure contracts are processed according to deadlines and standards.
4. Ensure compliance and quality standards are followed at all times. Support Customer Relationship Managers in managing contract milestones, acting on any changes to contracts required based on connection project progress against milestones.
5. Ensure a first class customer experience is always delivered during the connection offer process, including attending internal and external calls.

You Have

1. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, and comfortable with routine and process-based work.
2. An ability to process and analyse large volumes of commercial, financial and scheme progression data, and present results in a way that is clear and easy to understand.
3. Contract and commercial management practice.
4. Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel and SharePoint.
