Basic salary: £32K-£35K plus profit share. Working for an independent conference business based in Central London.

About the role of a Conference Producer:

As a Conference Producer, you will be responsible for producing a fast-growing event series across the USA. You will be tasked with creating strong agendas and ensuring high participation from speakers, delegates, and sponsors. You will develop content through market research and validating ideas and concepts.

The Organisation:

Our client has grown significantly over the last few years. Their events cover fascinating topics, quickly establishing themselves as a key player in their markets. They produce creative content and events that delegates will pay to attend, including conferences, webinars, roundtables, workshops, and showcases internationally.

Key Competencies:

You should be able to demonstrate competency in the below key areas; it is not essential to meet all requirements, but priority will be given to applications that satisfy most:

• Successfully produced conferences to date.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Confident in building relationships with Senior Executives and using that knowledge to create content.
• Trained in conference production.
• Proactive and motivated to succeed, work toward a target, and achieve excellent results.
• Evidence of working in a team environment towards a common goal, e.g., liaising with marketing to ensure the correct people are targeted.
• Skilled in copywriting.
• Keen to offer commercial input to help shape future events.
