Do you have solid events experience delivering events for clients in the association sector? Are you ready to make a mark in the world of medical, scientific, and academic events? Our client is an agency who are expanding and due to this growth they are searching for a Conference Manager who thrives on creating unforgettable experiences in the membership association sector.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Shape Amazing Events: Design, manage, and deliver a portfolio of exciting in-person, virtual, and hybrid events that leave a lasting impression.
- Build client relationships: Act as the primary contact for clients - understanding, advising, and exceeding their expectations every step of the way.
- Financial Maestro: Take charge of budgeting, ensuring every event runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.
- Network like a Pro: Engage with suppliers, venues, and AV teams to create standout events.
- Create Buzz: Develop and execute impactful event marketing strategies that excite attendees, drive registrations, and attract sponsors.
Who You Are:
- Event specialist: You come with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in managing events, particularly in the associations, societies, or charity sectors.
- Exhibition & sponsorship management: Experience in this would be ideal as well as knowledge of abstracts & committee experience.
- Exceptional Communicator: You can build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, conveying your ideas with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Innovative Problem Solver: You embrace challenges with enthusiasm, always finding creative solutions to keep events on track.
