My client is currently looking to recruit a Conference and Events Manager to join their team.

My client is a leading hospitality and catering company and the role is one of their flagship sites in London, this one located in East London where they cater for some of the most influential events in the UK.

Overall purpose of the role of Conference and Events Manager:

• To develop the leadership of our team and inspire them to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests.
• Facilitate day-to-day operations to ensure that we are meeting expectations.
• Review performance and ensure delivery of departmental financial targets. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution.
• Supervise event staff, ensuring top-notch service delivery.

Now about you:

• Proven experience in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lead others and influence/operate at all stakeholder levels.

A salary of £36,500 is offered for the role of Conference and Events Manager along with company benefits and perks.
