Job description

Net Temps are looking for dedicated and reliable concrete operatives to join our client based in Wigton. Immediate starts available!

Pay details:

1. Starting Rate: £12.12 per hour + Holiday Pay
2. Attendance Bonus: Earn an additional £45 weekly for reliable attendance
3. Overtime: Paid after 45 hours per week

Responsibilities:

1. Completing concrete bed work to high standards and ensuring customer satisfaction
2. Cleaning aisles and ends of beds
3. Using and maintaining machinery and tools safely and effectively
4. Ensuring personal and team health and safety at all times

Work Schedule:

1. Monday to Friday, 6am to 4pm
2. Overtime available on Saturdays as needed

Qualifications:

1. No prior experience required; full induction and on-the-job training provided
2. Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job
3. Reliable transportation to the worksite is essential
4. Forklift experience is a plus
5. A valid driving licence is mandatory
