Concierge Agent/Account Manager required for one of our clients, a Cryptocurrency/Fintech client.

As a Concierge agent, you will be a key subject matter expert for the company's products, offering exceptional service and support to high-priority customers. You'll be part of a dedicated customer support team, playing a crucial role in helping the company achieve its mission. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring smooth interactions.

Key Skills:

• Customer Experience (CX)
• Account management
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain
• Proficiency in Google Suites (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
