An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Concierge to ensure the safety and security of their facilities. This role involves working with vulnerable individuals and requires a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills. The main purpose of this role is to ensure our premises are safe and secure and represent Adullam standards.
We provide support to people with multiple and complex needs as part of a service for those who have lost their home or been rough sleeping.
As a Concierge you will be responsible for taking care of our facilities including health and security of the centre, reviewing CCTV, ensuring the Tenant/residents/service users are safe in the environment, and some cleaning duties.
Your main goal will be to keep our building in a safe, secure and orderly condition.
The role is 25 hours over the weekend.
You will ensure a good standard of professional service is given and that you work within the Association’s Policies and Procedures.
You will be expected to ensure effective working relationships with colleagues and contribute to the maintenance and development of the Associations values, culture and ethos.

This role is salaried at: £15,600 per annum for 25 hours per week.
