Pay

The expected pay for this role is £40,000

What will you do?
  • Collaborate with the Head of Concessions, culinary, and concessions teams to ensure effective operations, financial planning, and achievement of budgeted targets, while tracking event sales to support future planning and improve performance
  • Manage and analyse event sales, stock, labour, wastage, and stock-to-cash to improve future event planning and profitability
  • Create and implement action plans to improve guest experience and business performance
  • Build strong relationships with senior business leaders and provide administrative assistance when needed, including proactively supporting recruitment, onboarding, and team member training, ensuring a high-performance culture focused on guest service excellence
  • Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
More about you
  • 3+ years’ experience, including 2+ years’ of managerial experience; no degree required
  • Experience managing, guiding, and leading large teams within a high-volume, fast-paced catering or hospitality environment
  • Knowledge of the Food Beverage industry, preferably within a hospitality or catering environment
  • Working with technology platforms within an operational environment is beneficial
