Job description

Responsibilities:

Travel is required to various stores within your assigned route.

Will need to travel around stores, so will need to drive.

With travel time, this role is 6 hours 45 minutes.

  1. Recover, replenish and merchandise the concession shop during frequent visits.
  2. Validate all the carton deliveries from the Distribution Center.
  3. Implement and execute the Planogram in-line with In-Store Presentation guidelines.
  4. Replenish stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure all products are on the sales floor.
  5. Ensure promotions and 'sale' are in line with operational requirements.
  6. Ensure 'Markdowns' are in line with operational requirements.
  7. Organize extra stock in assigned areas (inside tower storage and stockroom).
  8. Process empty cards, transfers and damages as required.
  9. Check style numbers in concession system to ensure scanning properly.
  10. Proactively look for and make suggestions on how to improve sales performance.
  11. Ensure that the Concession area is kept clean and tidy at all times and products are not left on the floor.
  12. Lead and train partner team by example demonstrating good product knowledge.
  13. Provide to Concessions District Sales Manager regular updates on performance of concessions, providing feedback and recommendations for areas of improvement.
