Computer Science Teacher

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Computer Science Teacher to join our forward-thinking school in Rochdale, starting February 2025.

Responsibilities:

1. Teach engaging and interactive lessons in computer science, inspiring students to develop their digital skills.
2. Plan, deliver, and assess lessons that meet a variety of learning styles and abilities.
3. Foster creativity and problem-solving through practical projects and coding activities.
4. Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology to incorporate new ideas into the curriculum.
5. Contribute to the development and success of the computer science department.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Strong subject knowledge in computer science, including programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
3. A passion for teaching and inspiring students in the digital field.
4. Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
5. A proactive and innovative approach to teaching and learning.
