We are looking for a Compliance Operations Manager to drive global market entries as well as maintaining growing multi-verticals operations in existing jurisdictions. This is a strategic, high-impact role where you will drive Bragg's compliance operations, quarterbacking regulatory and corporate audits, lead regulatory change management policies and processes, and ensure operational excellence across North America, LATAM, the EU, and other key markets.

This role is key in ensuring effective compliance in cross-functional domains including technological, marketing, financial, operational and more. Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Compliance, you will drive and support market entry processes and operational aspects in existing regulatory markets, directly impact global compliance policies and cross-functional workflows to effectively position the Compliance team as key drivers of cross-functional decision making processes.

This is a hybrid role based in our London office.

Your responsibilities:
  • Outbound communications and relationship management with global regulatory authorities and regulatory technical service providers.
  • Work closely with the company's multi-vertical Technology, Commercials and Finance units to assess and determine when a regulatory change requires changes to existing process or implementations, and consequently responsible for initiating and setting the framework of the required regulatory projects.
  • Provide ongoing support for internal and external stakeholders on any compliance issue, including resolution of regulatory queries, concerns or specific ongoing issues related to regulatory, operational or technical compliance, while applying an effective compliance approach and a business mindset.
  • Leading regulatory audits, involving cross-company departments and external accredited test-houses.
  • Leading reviews of technical, marketing, finance and operations standards regulation documents with internal and external stakeholders, as well as responsibility for creating compliance and iGaming license application documents.
  • Obtain, create and maintain compliance documentation within an existing regulatory knowledgebase.
  • Setting guidelines and responsible for implementation of live environment's Change Management Policy and procedures, while collaborating with release management and technical departments.
