The organisation is a leading energy efficiency specialist providing grant-funded energy-saving solutions to domestic properties. They are expanding into the commercial market, providing B2B solutions and expanding their sales team for private services. With heavy government backing, they are in a huge period of growth and are looking to increase their headcount as such.
In this role, you will be managing the compliance team, whose purpose is to manage the whole application process - ensuring customers receive accurate and straightforward communication on what they can receive through government eco grants.
This is the perfect role for someone with compliance experience within the energy sector looking to head up a team within an established organisation. You will be looking to become a specialist in eco grants through training, as well as seeking a company that can develop you through qualification training to suit your career goals.
