Compliance Manager, Pensions, Private Wealth - Guernsey

Our client is a global wealth manager providing services to companies and individuals to enhance and preserve assets across generations. For their Guernsey operation, which focuses on pensions and private wealth, we are looking for a compliance manager to oversee the risk and compliance function of the business.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the risk and compliance function of the business.
2. Maintain an excellent working relationship with the regulator.
3. Report directly to the board.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of five years senior compliance experience within a financial services environment, preferably within the private pensions sector and/or private wealth.
2. A relevant professional qualification such as ICA diploma is expected.
3. Previous experience in prescribed positions with a Channel Islands regulator is beneficial.
