Compliance Manager - Lloyds Market

Location: London/Hybrid

Duties

  • Support the business as the Compliance function SME.
  • Assess ongoing compliance with Lloyd's Regulatory Principles.
  • Design and maintain thematic reviews and monitoring activities.
  • Undertake reviews of regulatory developments.
  • Create and maintain relevant compliance policies and procedures.
  • Lead on the production and submission of accurate and timely regulatory reports.
  • Provide timely responses to queries received from the International business.
  • Design and deliver compliance training.
  • Manage stakeholders within the International business.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Good knowledge of financial crime, sanctions, and conduct requirements.
  • Strong compliance experience within Lloyds managing agent.
  • International level of experience in Licensing Applications, desirable but not essential.
  • Experience of regulatory reporting and the use of FCA systems.
  • Previous experience of managing other compliance professionals (not essential).
  • Experience of working with senior management.
