Compliance Manager - Bournemouth

A fantastic opportunity to join a Legal 500 and leading Bournemouth practice who are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Compliance Manager to lead their compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading law firm in the South West ensuring outstanding customer outcomes and maintaining high operational compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, manage and guide compliance team.
  2. Address complex compliance queries, identify trends, and propose mitigation strategies.
  3. Maintain and update policies, practices, key documents, and risk registers.
  4. Lead accreditations such as Lexcel and CQS.
  5. Collaborate with the Head of Risk & Operations to drive continuous improvement and process efficiency.
  6. Stay current with regulatory and legislative changes, coordinating and delivering Compliance training as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Experienced compliance professional from a regulated environment with leadership skills.
  2. Capable of navigating complex compliance issues and trends.
  3. Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
