Compliance Manager

They are seeking a Compliance Manager to uphold high standards in asset management, financial management, and corporate governance. The role requires an individual with extensive compliance experience to ensure the company meets regulatory standards while providing flexible support tailored to each client's unique requirements.

Job Duties:

1. Oversee the organisation's compliance framework, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
2. Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance across all operations.
3. Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and advise on best practices in compliance.
4. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
5. Work closely with other departments to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
6. Maintain and manage relationships with regulatory bodies and respond to any compliance queries.
7. Deliver compliance training to team members to promote an understanding of regulatory requirements.
8. Monitor changes in legislation and regulation to assess the potential impact on the organisation.
9. Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and relevant authorities as required.

Job Requirements:

1. Extensive experience in compliance within the fiduciary or financial services industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices within fiduciary services.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and mitigate risks effectively.
4. Excellent communication skills for liaising with both internal teams and external regulatory bodies.
5. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
6. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
7. Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
