Are you a seasoned compliance professional seeking a challenging and impactful role in a dynamic, global environment?

We're partnering with a leading international market intelligence provider to recruit a Compliance Manager to join their Legal and Compliance team. This is a pivotal role, reporting to the General Counsel, where you'll lead global compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.

In this role, you will:

  • Implement and oversee a comprehensive global compliance program.
  • Ensure compliance with key regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, AML, and industry-specific standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide compliance training and guidance.
  • Manage risk registers and incident response.
  • Oversee policy reviews and collaborate with IT on compliance measures.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in a similar compliance role within a global business.
  • Strong understanding of ISO standards, ESG, anti-corruption, international trade, anti-trust, internal investigations and GDPR.
  • Extensive knowledge of global compliance regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and project management abilities.
  • Relevant certifications (CCEP, CIPP/E, CAMS) are highly desirable.
