About Our Client
Our client is a Private Equity firm based in London.
Job Description
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assisting in the development of compliance monitoring programmes.
Providing advice to staff on compliance matters.
Conducting compliance reviews and risk assessments.
Review and maintain record-keeping process of promotional materials with the supervision of the CCO (Financial Promotions).
Preparing and presenting compliance reports to management.
Keeping abreast of regulatory developments within the financial services industry.
Assisting in the training of staff on compliance-related topics.
Contributing to the continual improvement of the company's compliance framework.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Compliance Generalist should have:
A degree in Law, Finance, or a related field.
A solid understanding of compliance regulations within the financial services industry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Superior communication and presentation skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
