Our client is a Private Equity firm based in London.

Job Description

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assisting in the development of compliance monitoring programmes.
  • Providing advice to staff on compliance matters.
  • Conducting compliance reviews and risk assessments.
  • Review and maintain record-keeping process of promotional materials with the supervision of the CCO (Financial Promotions).
  • Preparing and presenting compliance reports to management.
  • Keeping abreast of regulatory developments within the financial services industry.
  • Assisting in the training of staff on compliance-related topics.
  • Contributing to the continual improvement of the company's compliance framework.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Compliance Generalist should have:

  • A degree in Law, Finance, or a related field.
  • A solid understanding of compliance regulations within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
