About the Role-
Reporting to the Engineering Operations Manager, this role will be an integral part of the Asset Care function within Maturation South Engineering Centre. The role will cover all Maturation South sites. The objective is to ensure full compliance in Asset Care activities. The job holder must ensure all Statutory and Legislative tasks are completed on time in full, with SAP and KPI reports updated accordingly. The main purpose is to always be "audit ready".
The Compliance Engineer will be required to work with Site Management, Maintenance teams and Risk & Governance to ensure that maintenance activities are continuously aligned to the legislative standards.
To ensure that Maintenance activities across Maturation South conform to all Diageo policies, procedures and standards as well as UK legislation. A key outcome is to ensure zero harm to employees, conform to legislative requirements and avoid legal action, fines or damage to reputation.
