We are looking for a proactive Compliance Coordinator to manage our existing ISO accreditations—and lead the charge toward PAS 2080 certification.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead Rhino’s journey towards PAS 2080 accreditation, aligning processes with carbon management and sustainability best practices
- Maintain and improve our current ISO standards: 9001 (Quality), 14001 (Environmental), and 45001 (Health & Safety)
- Liaise with external auditors and accreditation bodies to ensure full compliance
- Support internal teams with guidance on compliance requirements and best practice
- Champion continuous improvement and drive sustainability initiatives across the business
What We’re Looking For:
Knowledge or experience in compliance frameworks, particularly ISO standards
Understanding of sustainability principles—experience with PAS 2080 is a strong plus
Strong analytical, organisational, and documentation skills
A proactive, improvement-driven mindset with the ability to lead and influence
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders across all levels
Experience managing or working closely with cross-functional teams is a valuable bonus
