Windsor Forest College Group is looking for a Compliance and Quality Assistant to join the English and Maths department team at Slough & Langley College on a full-time contract working on a Term Time Only basis.

Compliance and Quality Assistant

Working 37 hours per week for 39 weeks per year, the role of the Compliance and Quality Assistant is to support the efficient running of the English and Maths department.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

  1. Providing administrative support to the team.
  2. Ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
  3. Managing internal audits.
  4. Overseeing exam entries and MIS submissions.
  5. Maintaining data integrity.
  6. Collaborating with the Assistant Principal and Curriculum Teams to support the delivery of compliant curriculum programs.
  7. Carrying out internal verification activities to meet the awarding body and company standards.
  8. Supporting assessors by identifying areas for improvement and ensuring national standards of assessment are maintained.
  9. Developing resources to support candidates and assessors promoting success.
  10. Administering the student absence line.
  11. Organizing trips and visits.
  12. Producing monitoring reports.
  13. Managing information, assisting with timetabling and rooming allocation, and supporting exam entries.
  14. Assisting with events, maintaining department budgets, and supporting the delivery of college open days and other events.
