What you'll be doing:

  1. Provide expert advice on regulatory requirements relevant to the organisation's operations.
  2. Act as a subject matter expert on DC pension technical issues, including master trust supervision, pension flexibilities, automatic enrolment, and taxation.
  3. Support with the completion of FCA/PRA/TPR regulatory returns and/or payment of regulatory levies, ensuring all submissions are completed accurately and within pre-determined timescales.

What we’re looking for:

  1. Has a recognised financial services qualification relating to Compliance, pensions, and/or insurance.
  2. Experience of DC trust-based occupational pension schemes and/or master trusts.
  3. Good technical knowledge of DC pensions, automatic enrolment, taxation, and pension flexibilities.
  4. Experience of working as part of a project team.
