Job Title: Compliance Administrative Assistant
Location: Sittingbourne
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00 - 16:30
Driver Required: Yes, due to the location of the site

Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Compliance Administrative Assistant to support the North Kent Management Team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth operation of the site's compliance and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the first point of contact for external visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
  2. Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents.
  3. Maintain site stocks, including Health and Safety supplies and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  4. Raise purchase orders and manage site procurement.
  5. Scan, file, and process various documents accurately.
  6. Manage the diary for Health and Safety activities and appointments.
  7. Prepare and manage reports related to Health and Safety.
  8. Present Health and Safety Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  9. Data entry, ensuring all compliance data is up to date.
  10. Maintain My Compliance reports and ensure all records are accurate.
  11. Ensure the site meets all Health and Safety requirements.
  12. Track and manage training requirements for site personnel.
  13. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient office operations and support with additional ad-hoc tasks.
